Plan to join us in 2019!

TICKETS: 
Boot Ticket is $35 and will only be available from August 1st-August 30th. It will include a 1L commemorative Boot mug with Lanyard and 1 Boot Fill of Beer.
Prost! Ticket is $30 which includes entrance, a commemorative mug, and three discounted pint/can tabs (3-tab wristband). Tabs are not valid for Boot Fills.
General Admission is $20 which includes entrance, a commemorative mug, and your first beer.
Designated Drivers and Minors are $5 which includes entrance to the event only, with no alcohol access. 
Children 12 and Under are FREE!
Play All Day (optional ticket) is $20. Let your kids enjoy Oktoberfest too! Package includes (1) Pumpkin Painting, (3) tosses at the Dunk Tank, and Unlimited bounce time! Ticket is optional and isn’t necessary for admission.

Tickets will be sold at the door.
Prices will increase $5 each for both Premium and General Admission.

Don't like to use Eventbrite? Loomis Basin Brewing will have printed tickets available for sale at the brewery (3277 Swetzer Rd) during normal operating hours starting September 16th. Anyone wanting to skip the Eventbrite tax can pick their tickets up in person!

HOW TO PAY AT THE EVENT: Cash and tokens ONLY. Cards may be used for the purchase of drink tokens and food vendors. ATM machines can be found nearby in town at Wells Fargo, US Bank, and Bank of America. Both pints and cans from Loomis Basin Brewing will be poured at the event, along with cider and cocktails.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Oktoberfest is a family and dog friendly event. You must be 21+ to drink. ID’s will be checked. All guests must present a valid form of identification at entry. Refunds will not be given to guests under 21 who have purchased tickets.

PARKING: Take the stress of parking away by using Lyft or Uber

REFUNDS: Guests requesting a refund for valid reasons must do so 7 days prior to the event to be fulfilled; any requests made after that time will not be refunded.

LAST CALL: All cans purchased on premise are for consumption at the event and will not be allowed outside the venue.

WHAT IS ALLOWED IN: Festival seating, blankets, low back chairs are allowed.

DRINK RESPONSIBLY: The happiness and safety of our guests is our primary concern, as such, our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone we deem overly intoxicated. Any guests acting inappropriately may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
